Josh Heiney is a Managing Director at Rectangle and President of Sprink Construction. In this role he is responsible for overseeing many operational aspects of the business. Prior to joining the firm, Josh was a Vice President in the capital markets group at HVS Capital Corp, where he played an active role in the execution of nearly $2B of debt and equity transactions, collateralized by hotels and resorts located throughout the Americas. Before HVS Capital Corp, Josh worked at D.C. General Services. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking and rock climbing.
