Matt Dodge is Vice President, Investments. In this role he is responsible for new investments for the firm including deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, debt origination, leasing, and reporting of new acquisitions and developments. Prior to joining the firm, Matt was a Director, Acquisitions at Broe Real Estate Group where he targeted deep value-add and repositioning real estate opportunities across all product types. Prior to Broe Real Estate Group, Matt worked on the Capital Deployment team at Prologis. Matt holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a real estate certificate from the University of Colorado. He is actively involved in NAIOP and the CU Real Estate Network. Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling with his family, skiing, and most Colorado sports teams.
