Molly Kosakowski is the Director of Marketing and Investor Relations. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s brand strategy, marketing collateral, and assisting with investor sourcing and relationship development. Prior to joining the firm, Molly was a Product Specialist at Paradice Investment Management, where she supported the business development efforts of the Emerging Markets Equity Team. Before Paradice, Molly worked at Agility (the OCIO arm of Perella Weinberg Partners) and Artisan Partners. Molly holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Colorado and holds an Investment Foundations® Certificate from the CFA Institute. She is a member of the Investor Relations Ops Forum, volunteers with YMCA Project Cornerstone, a Sunday School teacher and former Deacon, and volunteer at the local elementary school. Outside of work, Molly enjoys chasing around her three kids, getting her heart broken by Wisconsin sports teams, and baking copious amounts of treats.
