Tyler Brochstein

GENERAL COUNSEL

Tyler Brochstein is SVP & General Counsel. In this role he is responsible for the oversight and strategic direction of legal matters for Comunale Properties and its affiliates. Prior to joining the firm, Tyler was a partner at the boutique law firm of Schlanger Silver in Houston, Texas, where his practice focused on commercial real estate, and he served as outside counsel to Comunale on various real estate and corporate matters. Before Schlanger Silver, Tyler worked at other law firms, and he began his legal career at the multinational law firm of Sidley Austin. Tyler holds a law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where he graduated cum laude and served on the Law Review.  For undergraduate, Tyler attended the University of Denver, where he graduated magna cum laude. Tyler is a member of the NAIOP’s General Counsel Forum, serves on the Board of Trustees of the Jack Segal Academy of Beth Yeshurun in Houston, Texas, and is a frequent advocate for Breakthrough T1D, formerly JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).  Outside of work, Tyler enjoys fishing and other outdoor activities with his two sons, working out and catching up on the latest movies.
