Will Knight is the Senior Director of Asset Management. In this role he oversees the commercial real estate portfolio and is responsible for the company’s reporting functions, assisting with acquisition and development oversight, and asset management functions of the existing portfolio, specifically leasing and strategic planning. Prior to joining the firm, Will was an Acquisition Analyst at Integrated Asset Services where he was responsible for acquiring and leasing SFR throughout the United States. Before IAS, Will worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Impact Opportunities Fund. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Denver and holds a Real Estate Financial Modeling Certificate from Linneman Associates. Outside of work, Will enjoys skiing, fishing and spending time with his wife and three children.
